Mandatory Practice will begin on August 10 at the WHS Track.  Practice time will be 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
All athletes interested in running cross country must attend or contact Coach Carter if unable to attend.
 

All athletes MUST have a physical to participate.
No physical - No practice.
